Ham and Cheese Salad Cups with Mixed Nuts
- 12 small Bibb lettuce leaves
- 1-1/2 cups torn arugula leaves
- 1-1/2 cups torn Bibb lettuce
- 1/4 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 6 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 slices OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Smoked Ham, chopped
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup SOUTH BEACH LIVINGTM Ranch Dressing
- 1 hard-cooked egg, cut into thin wedges
- 1/4 cup PLANTERS Mixed Nuts
- Arrange 3 of the whole Bibb lettuce leaves on each of four salad plates to form a lettuce cup.
- Set aside.
- Toss arugula and torn lettuce with the cheese, tomatoes, ham, onions and dressing.
- Spoon lettuce mixture evenly into lettuce cups; top evenly with the eggs.
- Sprinkle with nuts.
