Easy Enchiladas

  1. Brown ground meat and onion in skillet; drain excess grease.
  2. In a sauce pan combine all other ingredients except flour tortillas.
  3. Heat through.
  4. Microwave flour tortillas for 1 minute.
  5. 1/2 Add saucepan mix to ground meat and heat through.
  6. Roll approximately 2 tbsp (30 ml).
  7. of mix in each flour tortilla and place seam side down in casserole dish.
  8. Pour remaining saucepan mix over the top and bake at 350 degrees (175 C.) for 1 hour.
  9. Serve with salad topped with salsa.
