Broccoli & Cheddar Soup

  1. In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat butter, at the flour and reduce the heat
  2. cook for 2 minutes
  3. add the broth, milk,and pepper
  4. Bring to a boil
  5. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes
  6. Stir in the broccoli and cheese
  7. Continue to simmer for an additional 5 minutes
  8. Serve soup at once
  9. ENJOY
