Homemade Ricotta Cheese
- 4 cups, 3 tablespoons, 1-78 teaspoons, 1/4 pinches Whole Fat Milk
- 1/4 cups Heavy Cream
- 1/4 cups Whole Fat Yogurt
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Vinegar
- Pour milk in a high pot and add all the ingredients.
- Put it on the stove on very low heat and let it simmer until milk starts to curdle.
- This process will be slow and gradual; dont turn up the fire or you will kill it.
- Be patient!
- Meanwhile, line a strainer with a few layers of cheesecloth and set it over a deep bowl.
- Pour the milk into the strainer and let it drain.
- Wait for about 15 minutes then your ricotta is ready!
- Enjoy!
