Onion-Parmesan Bread Sticks
- 1 1/4 cups water hot
- 1 tablespoon onions instant, minced
- 1 package hot roll mix
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 x flour, all-purpose
- 1 each eggs beaten
- 1/4 cup parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated grated
- Combine water and onions in 1 quart saucepan.
- Let stand 5 minutes to soften onions.
- Combine hot roll mix and oil in large mixing bowl.
- Stir in onion mixture until combined and dough pulls away from side of bowl.
- Heat oven to 375F (190C).
- Roll dough into 16x14 inch rectangle.
- Cut halves crosswise into 1 inch strips.
- Arrange strips on prepared baking sheets.
- Cover with lightly greased plastic wrap.
