Egg Noodles with Crab and Dill
- - egg noodles, uncooked
- 1/4 cup onions, chopped
- 1 tsp. fresh garlic, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1/3 cup crabmeat, flaked
- dash cayenne pepper
- to taste salt and black pepper
- 1/4 cup Kraft Creamy Cucumber Dill Dressing
- Cook pasta as directed on package.
- Meanwhile, saute onions and garlic in hot oil in large skillet on medium heat 2 to 3 min.
- or until tender.
- Add mushrooms; saute 2 to 3 min.
- or until soft.
- Stir in crabmeat and cayenne pepper; saute 1 min.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Drain pasta.
- Add to ingredients in skillet along with the dressing; toss to coat.
- Cook just until heated through, stirring occasionally.
