Burritos El Grande Made Over
- 1/2 lb. (225 g) extra-lean ground beef Safeway 1 lb For $5.99 thru 02/09
- 2 cups canned no-salt-added kidney beans, rinsed
- 3/4 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Light Tex Mex Cheese
- 6 large whole wheat tortillas, warmed
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- 1-1/2 cups shredded romaine lettuce
- 2 tomatoes, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- Brown meat in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Stir in beans and salsa; cook 3 min.
- or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat; stir in cheese.
- Spread meat mixture down centres of tortillas; top with remaining ingredients.
- Fold in opposite sides of each tortilla, then roll up burrito-style.
