Tropical Fruit Fluff Topping
- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 14 cup pineapple tidbits, well-drained
- 14 cup flaked coconut
- 14 cup toasted almond, chopped
- 1 cup Cool Whip, thawed
- 2 red maraschino cherries (or 1 of each, optional) (optional) or 2 green maraschino cherries (or 1 of each) (optional)
- Fold sugar, pineapple, coconut and almonds into Cool Whip.
- Serve on un-iced angel food cake.
- Top with cherries.
- Also good served over Twinkies.
