Apricot Cherry Cordial Fruit

• 1 cup dried apricot, cut in quarters
• 12 cup sugar
• 10 ounces maraschino cherries
• 1 cup vodka

1. Combine the apricots, sugar and cherries with their juice in your blender until well blended, then add the vodka and blend again.
2. Remove the mixture to a jar and let marinate, inverting the jar regularly, for two weeks or until all the sugar is dissolved.
