Apricot Cherry Cordial Fruit
- 1 cup dried apricot, cut in quarters
- 12 cup sugar
- 10 ounces maraschino cherries
- 1 cup vodka
- Combine the apricots, sugar and cherries with their juice in your blender until well blended, then add the vodka and blend again.
- Remove the mixture to a jar and let marinate, inverting the jar regularly, for two weeks or until all the sugar is dissolved.
