Mae's Orange Sesame Chicken with Veggie Stir Fry

  1. cut veggies into bite size pieces
  2. saute chicken with a little oil until no longer pink inside
  3. add soy sauce, vinegar, orange juice, sesame oil, and seasonings
  4. add marmalade to chicke, stir and let simmer for 15 minutes
  5. while simmering, in separate bowl add corn starch and 1/2 cup water, stir until smooth
  6. stir in corn starch liquid to chicken, let simmer until thick
  7. stir in sesame seed
  8. saute veggies in olive oil until tender
  9. stir into chicken mixture
  10. serve with noodles or on its own
  11. enjoy
