Black Bean and Corn Salsa
- 1 can Black Bean, Drained And Rinsed
- 1 can Corn Kernels, Drained
- 1 whole Medium Red Onion, Diced
- 1 whole Medium Red Bell Pepper, Chopped
- 1 whole Jalapeno, Seeds And Membranes Removed, Finely Diced
- 1/2 cups Cilantro, Chopped
- Juice Of 2 Small Lemons
- 2 Tablespoons Exra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- Mix all ingredients in a non-reactive bowl.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
