Chicken and Wild Rice Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Combine 1st 3 ingredients in a microwave safe casserole dish.
  3. Cook according to package directions.
  4. Crumble chicken over cooked rice and then add the milk and soup.
  5. Stir to combine.
  6. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes.
  7. Add parmesan cheese and return to oven set on broil long enough to heat the cheese (it takes 3 minutes in my oven).
