Chicken and Wild Rice Casserole
- 1 (6 ounce) box Uncle Ben's chicken-flavored wild rice
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 13 cups water
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken with herbs soup
- 12 cup skim milk
- 1 (12 ounce) can chicken
- 14 cup parmesan cheese
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Combine 1st 3 ingredients in a microwave safe casserole dish.
- Cook according to package directions.
- Crumble chicken over cooked rice and then add the milk and soup.
- Stir to combine.
- Bake uncovered for 20 minutes.
- Add parmesan cheese and return to oven set on broil long enough to heat the cheese (it takes 3 minutes in my oven).
