Aubergine Tomato Sauce For Pasta Recipe
- 1 c. Aubergine, peeled,in 1/4"pcs
- 1 x 16 Ounce. Can Tomatoes,Undrained, cut into chunks
- 1 x 8 Ounce Can Tomato Sauce
- 1/2 c. Onions, minced
- 1/2 c. Green Pepper, minced
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Basil
- 1/8 tsp Garlic Pwdr Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp Sugar
- In large saucepan, combine all ingredients.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Reduce heat to low.
- Simmer uncovered, 1 hour, till thickened.
- Stir occasionally while cooking.
