Chickpeas with Tomatoes and Rice

  1. Saute onion and garlic in oil.
  2. Add tomatoes and simmer for 15 minutes, uncovered.
  3. Add garbanzos, rice, salt, pepper and other seasonings.
  4. Simmer for 10 minutes.
