Amaretto Spiked Mascarpone Gelato with Seasonal Fruit

  1. In a medium bowl, using a wooden spoon, beat together all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Pour into a plastic bowl, cover and freeze for 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Remove from freezer twenty minutes before serving and place in refrigerator to soften.
  4. Serve with your choice of seasonal fruits.
  5. Variation; add chopped toasted almonds or chocolate chips onto Gelato before serving.
  6. Makes 4 servings
