Chicken, Olives And Sausages Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Smash 2 cloves of garlic and rub over chicken.
  3. Sprinkle 2 Tbsp.
  4. oil over chicken.
  5. Add in lemon juice, salt, pepper and half of rosemary.
  6. Place chicken in ungreased baking pan and bake 45 min (till juice runs clear).
  7. Put sausage and 1 Tbsp.
  8. oil in skillet and saute/fry 15-20 min.
  9. Remove skin and slice into 2 inch pcs.
  10. Set aside.
  11. When chicken is done, smash remaining garlic and saute/fry till brown, about 1 minute.
  12. Remove garlic, throw away.
  13. Add in sausage and olives to oil.
  14. Cook 1 minute on high heat.
  15. Add in tomatoes, remaining rosemary, salt and pepper.
  16. Saute/fry for 2 min.
  17. Stir in wine.
  18. Add in butter and cheese and stir briskly till sauce becomes creamy.
  19. Pour over chicken.
  20. Serves 6-8.
