Sauteed Greens

  1. Wash bok choy.
  2. Chop and place in plastic bag.
  3. Microwave until tender, about 30 seconds.
  4. Rinse under cold water.
  5. Drain and cut up.
  6. Squeeze out water.
  7. Cut crab sticks in half lengthwise.
  8. Tear up.
  9. In preheated frying pan, add sesame oil, greens and seafood sticks.
  10. Saute briefly and sprinkle with salt.
