Sauteed Greens
- 1 bok choy
- 2 imitation crab sticks
- 12 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 dash salt
- Wash bok choy.
- Chop and place in plastic bag.
- Microwave until tender, about 30 seconds.
- Rinse under cold water.
- Drain and cut up.
- Squeeze out water.
- Cut crab sticks in half lengthwise.
- Tear up.
- In preheated frying pan, add sesame oil, greens and seafood sticks.
- Saute briefly and sprinkle with salt.
