Barbecue Kielbasa and Beans
- 2 lb. kielbasa, cut into 1/2 inch slices
- 2 cans (15 oz. each) great northern beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (1-3/4 lb.) crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 lg. Spanish onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3 to 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Grease a 3 quart casserole dish.
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Pour into prepared pan, cover and bake for 1 hour.
