Pork Chili With Greens
- 1 12 lbs ground lean pork or 1 12 lbs turkey
- 2 (15 ounce) cans kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 (15 ounce) canspetite diced tomatoes (do not drain)
- 12 cup chopped onion
- 12 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 12 teaspoon ground cumin
- 8 ounces kale or 8 ounces spinach, coarsely chopped
- salt and pepper
- Cook pork in lightly greased large skillet until browned, about 10 minutes, crumbling with a fork.
- Combine pork and remaining ingredients, except kale, salt and pepper, in slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours, stirring in kale during the last 20 minutes.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
