Cheesy Ham Loaf

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Spray 8-inch square baking dish with no-stick cooking spray.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Combine breadcrumbs, ketchup, onion, egg, dry mustard and pepper in bowl.
  5. Add ham, pork and cheese; mix lightly.
  6. Shape mixture into 7x3 1/2-inch loaf.
  7. Place loaf in prepared baking dish.
  8. Bake 55-60 minutes or until thoroughly cooked and juices run clear.
  9. Combine all glaze ingredients in 1-quart saucepan.
  10. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, 3-4 minutes or until preserves melt and sugar is dissolved.
  11. Pour half of glaze into small dish.
  12. Brush loaf with glaze occasionally during last 30 minutes of baking.
  13. Let baked ham loaf stand 10 minutes before serving; cut into slices.
  14. Serve with remaining heated glaze, if desired.
