Coconut Squares

  1. Combine the biscuits with butter and press into a greased 25 x 20 cm lamington tin.
  2. Chill.
  3. Combine the caster sugar and milk in a saucepan, stir over low heat until sugar dissolves.
  4. Remove from heat and cool.
  5. Stir in coconut and egg white.
  6. Spread coconut mix onto Oreo* base.
  7. Spoon chocolate into a piping bag and drizzle chocolate over coconut; refrigerate until set.
  8. Cut into 25 squares.
