Kahlua Pork Slow Cooker Style
- 7 pounds Pork Butt Roast
- 1 Tablespoon Hawaiian Black Lava Coarse Sea Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Hawaiian Red Alaea Coarse Sea Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Liquid Smoke Flavoring
- Cut as much fat as you can from the pork roast.
- Make 1 inch slits all over the pork.
- Rub the salts all over the pork and into the slits.
- Dont forget to get all the nooks and crannies!
- Put the pork roast into a slow cooker, pour the liquid smoke on top and rub it around.
- Put the lid on, turn on low and let it cook 14 hours or until you can shred it with a fork.
- Remove roast from slow cooker, shred meat making sure to remove any excess fat.
- Add the drippings for extra flavor and yumminess!
