Grandpa Ned's Spaghetti Sauce
- 14 cup olive oil
- 3 (28 ounce) cans whole tomatoes
- 5 cans tomato sauce
- 4 cloves of minced garlic
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon sweet basil
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 4 stalks celery, chopped
- 5 chicken breasts, cubbed
- 1 lb cooked Italian sausage
- 23 cup pepperoni
- salt and pepper
- Saute onion and garlic in olive oil.
- Add everything else and bring to a simmer, never boil.
- If too thin, add tomato paste.
- Simmer on low for 45 minutes.
