Creamy Italian Pasta Salad
- 4 cups rotini pasta, uncooked
- 1 can (19 oz/540 mL) diced tomatoes, drained
- 3/4 cup Miracle Whip made with Olive Oil Spread*
- 3/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Aged Grated Cheese, divided
- 1 cup sliced black olives
- 1 cup pepperoni slices
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt; drain.
- Combine tomatoes and Miracle Whip in large bowl.
- Add pasta; toss to coat.
- Reserve 1/4 cup cheese.
- Add remaining cheese and all remaining ingredients to pasta mixture; mix lightly.
- Refrigerate 1 hour.
- Sprinkle with reserved cheese before serving.
