Breakfast Smoothie
- 1 pear
- 1 kiwi
- 14 cup ground golden flax seed
- 12 cup orange juice
- 12 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 18 cup fresh ginger
- 12 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 leaves kale
- 1 cup crushed ice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 medium carrot
- place all ingredients in blender.
- start blender on "chop setting" blend for 2 minutes.
- turn blender up to "liquify," blend for 3 minutes.
- pour into tumblers.
