Red Pepper Sauce

  1. Dice red pepper.
  2. Finely chop parsley.
  3. In 2 quart sauce pan heat oil on high, add red bell peppers and cook until tender.
  4. Add remaining ingredients and cook on high to boiling.
  5. Reduce heat to low and cook uncovered 10 minutes to blend flavors.
  6. Keep warm until served.
