Baked Kielbasa and Potatoes in Sauce
- 3 pounds potatoes peeled, cubed
- 2 pounds polish kielbasa sausage cut into 1 inch pieces
- 28 ounces tomato sauce can
- 1 teaspoon basil leaves, dried
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 x salt to taste
- 1 x black pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 375F (190C).
- In a 9x13 inch baking dish, combine potatoes and kielbasa.
- Pour tomato sauce evenly over top.
- Sprinkle with basil, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Bake in preheated oven for 2 hours, or until potatoes are tender.
- Makes 8 Servings.
