Bacon Wrapped Tater Tots

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Stack the slices of bacon, then cut in half.
  3. Take the half slices and cut those in half lengthwise.
  4. Next, lay a slice of the bacon on a plate.
  5. Add the tater tot about 1 inch from the bottom of the bacon.
  6. Roll over to cover the tater tot, and place on a baking sheet, seam side down.
  7. Repeat with the remaining tater tots.
  8. Place in the preheated oven and cook them for about 15-20 minutes, or until the bacon is crisp.
  9. When you are ready to serve, place them on your serving dish, and serve alongside some blue cheese.
  10. The end result is nothing short of amazing.
  11. You get that crisp, smoky bacon, and when paired with a simple tater tot and that hit of blue cheese ... whoa!
