Balsamic Vinaigrette Recipe
- 2 Tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. White-wine vinegar
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 x Shallot, chopped
- 2/3 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- In a bowl whisk together vinegars, mustard, shallot, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Add in oil in a stream, whisking, and whisk vinaigrette till emulsified.
- Makes about 1 c..
