California burger patties

  1. Add chicken, Italian bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, green onions and pepper.
  2. Mix .
  3. Dice an avocado into small cubes.
  4. Gently mix into chicken and form into patties
  5. Heat a saute pan or grill pan and spray some oil on it .
  6. Add chicken patties.
  7. Cook about 5 minutes each side.
  8. You could grill them if you'd like.
  9. I wrapped mine in lettuce with bacon and tomatoes.
  10. I would of taken a picture but i ate it to quick .
