California burger patties
- 1 1/2 lb ground chicken
- 1 large avocados
- 2/3 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 green onions chopped
- Add chicken, Italian bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, green onions and pepper.
- Mix .
- Dice an avocado into small cubes.
- Gently mix into chicken and form into patties
- Heat a saute pan or grill pan and spray some oil on it .
- Add chicken patties.
- Cook about 5 minutes each side.
- You could grill them if you'd like.
- I wrapped mine in lettuce with bacon and tomatoes.
- I would of taken a picture but i ate it to quick .
