Tamale Pie Recipe

• 1 Jiffy cornbread mix
• 4 ounce. cheddar cheese, shredded
• Fritos

1. Prepare Jiffy cornbread mix and put into a 10 inch pie plate (do not bake).
2. On top of cornbread mix put meat mix.
3. Cover this with the cheddar cheese.
4. Cover cheese layer with coarsely broken Fritos.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
