Marinated Garlic and Peppercorn Flank Steak

• 14 cup soy sauce
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 5 large garlic, minced
• 12 tablespoon black pepper, cracked (or mixed peppercorns)
• 1 12 lbs flank steaks

1. Combine the ingredients for the marinade and add the flank steak.
2. Marinate up to 3 days.
