White Chocolate, Fruit and Nut Clusters
- 6 oz. Baker's White Chocolate or Semi-Sweet Chocolate
- 1/3 cup sunflower kernels
- 1/3 cup slivered almonds
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- Microwave chocolate in medium microwaveable bowl on MEDIUM 3 minutes or until almost melted; stir until completely melted.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Spoon 1 tsp.of the chocolate mixture into each of 48 paper-lined miniature muffin cups; cover.
- Refrigerate 20 minutes or until chocolate is set.
