Ice Cold & Smooth Tofu Shake
- 100 grams Tofu
- 2 tbsp Skim milk powder
- 2 tsp plus Sugar or gum syrup etc.
- 1 tbsp Milk
- 2 tsp plus Cocoa powder, matcha etc.
- 1 Frozen banana
- 100 ml Milk
- 50 to 150 grams Ice
- Put the ingredients in a blender and blend well.
- Add the frozen banana broken into pieces into the blender with the milk and blend well.
- Add the ice and blend again to finish.
- This version has 5 g of matcha (and 100 g of ice)
- This has 2 teaspoons of pure cocoa powder (and 100 g ice).
- Both of the shakes pictured in Steps 3 and 4 may look thin, but they are actually quite thick.
- User "Minori105" made the "Cocoa and Chocolate Sauce" version and the "Matcha and Chocolate Sauce" version.
- She says that if you make it with just a little ice, it has a very creamy thick consistency
