Ice Cold & Smooth Tofu Shake

  1. Put the ingredients in a blender and blend well.
  2. Add the frozen banana broken into pieces into the blender with the milk and blend well.
  3. Add the ice and blend again to finish.
  4. This version has 5 g of matcha (and 100 g of ice)
  5. This has 2 teaspoons of pure cocoa powder (and 100 g ice).
  6. Both of the shakes pictured in Steps 3 and 4 may look thin, but they are actually quite thick.
  7. User "Minori105" made the "Cocoa and Chocolate Sauce" version and the "Matcha and Chocolate Sauce" version.
  8. She says that if you make it with just a little ice, it has a very creamy thick consistency
