Flora's Oven Roasted Cabbage

• 1 olive oil
• 1 salt
• 1 pepper
• 1 head of cabbage

1. Preheat oven to 400.
2. slice through cabbage about a inch deep, making rounds.
3. On a greased baking sheet add the cabbage rounds
4. Drizzle with olive oil and then season
5. Bake for about 30 to 40 minutes or until your edges have browned.
6. Depending on how thick you slice them you may want to flip them mid cooking time.
