Spiced Cranberries

  1. Wash and pick over the cranberries.
  2. Place the cranberries in a large stock-pot.
  3. Add vinegar, water, cinnamon, cloves, allspice, and sugar.
  4. Cook slowly over medium-low heat for 45 minutes.
  5. It will foam up.
  6. Stir often, smashing the cranberries with the back of your spoon.
  7. Cool and refrigerate 'til ready to serve.
