Anjali Pathak's paprika Padron peppers recipe

  1. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and add the Padron peppers and the green chilli.
  2. Toss in the olive oil for a few minutes until the skins are blistered.
  3. Drain on absorbent paper and sprinkle generously with sea salt and smoked paprika (if using).
