Triple-Strawberry Parfaits with Vanilla Wafers

  1. Dissolve gelatin mix in hot water as directed on package.
  2. Add pureed strawberries, yogurt and almond extract; stir with whisk until well blended.
  3. Refrigerate 1 hour or until thickened but not set, stirring occasionally.
  4. Fold in 1-1/2 qt.
  5. of the whipped topping (or 1 cup of the whipped topping for trial recipe).
  6. Spoon 3/4 cup gelatin mixture into each of 24 parfait glasses (or into each of 4 parfait glasses for trial recipe).
  7. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
  8. Top each parfait with 2 Tbsp.
  9. sliced strawberries, 1 Tbsp.
  10. chopped wafers, 1 Tbsp.
  11. of the remaining whipped topping and a whole strawberry.
