PHILADELPHIA Walnut Frosting

• 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
• 1 pkg. (16 oz.) powdered sugar (about 4 cups)
• 1/2 cup PLANTERS Walnut Pieces, toasted

1. Beat cream cheese and butter in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
2. Add sugar gradually, beating well after each addition.
3. Stir in walnuts.
