Apple Drink

• 7 mint leaves
• 1 canned lychee, drained
• 1 1/2 ounces chilled apple cider
• Ice
• 2 ounces vodka
• 1 apple slice

1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the mint leaves with the lychee and cider.
2. Add ice and the vodka.
3. Shake well; strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.
4. Garnish with the apple slice.
