Pork with Mustard Cream Sauce
- 1/4 cup oil
- 12 each Bone-in pork chops
- 1/2 cup onions, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1-1/3 cups GREY POUPON Classic Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- Heat 2 Tbsp.
- of the oil (or all of the oil for trial recipe) in large saute pan on medium heat.
- Add half of the chops (or all of the chops for trial recipe); cook until browned on both sides and cooked through.
- Remove chops from skillet; cover to keep warm.
- Repeat with remaining oil and chops.
- Add onions to pan; saute until tender.
- Add lemon juice; stir to deglaze pan.
- Stir in mustard and cream; cook until heated through, stirring frequently.
- Serve each chop topped with 2 Tbsp.
