Pork with Mustard Cream Sauce

  1. Heat 2 Tbsp.
  2. of the oil (or all of the oil for trial recipe) in large saute pan on medium heat.
  3. Add half of the chops (or all of the chops for trial recipe); cook until browned on both sides and cooked through.
  4. Remove chops from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  5. Repeat with remaining oil and chops.
  6. Add onions to pan; saute until tender.
  7. Add lemon juice; stir to deglaze pan.
  8. Stir in mustard and cream; cook until heated through, stirring frequently.
  9. Serve each chop topped with 2 Tbsp.
  10. of the cream sauce.
