Baked Chicken In Cream Recipe

  1. Saute/fry chicken breasts quickly in butter till golden brown.
  2. Put in casserole and add in cream, sherry, salt and pepper.
  3. Cover tightly and bake in preheated 350 oven till tender, about 1 hour.
  4. The cream will be reduced to a rich nut - brown sauce.
