Baked Chicken In Cream Recipe
- 4 x boned, skinned chicken breasts
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 pt heavy cream
- 1/4 c. sherry salt and pepper
- Saute/fry chicken breasts quickly in butter till golden brown.
- Put in casserole and add in cream, sherry, salt and pepper.
- Cover tightly and bake in preheated 350 oven till tender, about 1 hour.
- The cream will be reduced to a rich nut - brown sauce.
