Grilled Duck Burger

  1. For each serving: Season 1 duck patty with salt and pepper.
  2. Grill on medium-high heat 2 to 3 min.
  3. on each side or to medium (155 degrees F), or desired doneness, topping with 1-1/2 oz.
  4. cheese for the last minute.
  5. Spread 1/2 Tbsp.
  6. steak sauce onto bottom half of roll; top with 1/3 cup greens, 4 slices each pears and apples, 1 burger and 1-1/2 Tbsp.
  7. of the remaining steak sauce.
  8. Cover with top of roll.
