Grilled Duck Burger
- 24 each ground duck breast patties (5 oz. each)
- to taste salt and pepper
- - Brie cheese
- 3 cups A.1. Thick & Hearty Steak Sauce, divided
- 24 each sandwich rolls, split, toasted
- 2 qt. mixed spring greens
- 4 each Bartlett pears, cut into 24 thin slices each Safeway 1 lb For $1.88 thru 02/09
- 4 each Fuji apples, cut into 24 thin slices each Safeway 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- For each serving: Season 1 duck patty with salt and pepper.
- Grill on medium-high heat 2 to 3 min.
- on each side or to medium (155 degrees F), or desired doneness, topping with 1-1/2 oz.
- cheese for the last minute.
- Spread 1/2 Tbsp.
- steak sauce onto bottom half of roll; top with 1/3 cup greens, 4 slices each pears and apples, 1 burger and 1-1/2 Tbsp.
- of the remaining steak sauce.
- Cover with top of roll.
