Brownie Flying Saucer

  1. For each serving, place 1 brownie in centre of dessert plate and top with a scoop of ice cream.
  2. Surround with a circle of dessert topping.
  3. Place 4 cookie halves across from each other in the dessert topping .
  4. Top each dessert with 1 Tbsp caramel topping, 1 tsp sprinkles and 1 cherry.
