Spinach Fandango
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 each cloves, garlic
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 packages frozen chop spinach
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 each mozzarella cheese
- Brown in oil, beef, onions, mushrooms, garlic and oregano.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Place spinach on top.
- Cover and steam untill mixable.
- Mix in medium casserole dish with soup and sour cream.
- Cut cheese into strips and place on top.
- Cook uncovered 350F for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Servers 8 to 10.
