Cherry Tomato, Pea and Bean Salad
- 125g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed
- 125g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Balsamic Italian Dressing
- 1/2 cup fresh peas
- 1/2 cup peeled broad beans
- 100g green beans
- Place Philly* and tomatoes on a baking tray.
- Drizzle both with 1 tablespoon of the balsamic dressing.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes at 170C until tomatoes are slightly shrivelled.
- Cool.
- Blanch peas, broad beans and beans.
- Mix with tomatoes and Philly*, drizzle with remaining dressing and serve.
