Cherry Tomato, Pea and Bean Salad

  1. Place Philly* and tomatoes on a baking tray.
  2. Drizzle both with 1 tablespoon of the balsamic dressing.
  3. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 170C until tomatoes are slightly shrivelled.
  4. Cool.
  5. Blanch peas, broad beans and beans.
  6. Mix with tomatoes and Philly*, drizzle with remaining dressing and serve.
