Mom's Skillet Macaroni and Beef

  1. Brown beef in a large skillet and drain.
  2. Add macaroni, onion, and pepper.
  3. Cook, stirring, until macaroni is transparent.
  4. Add tomato sauce, water, and Worcestershire sauce.
  5. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. Stir, turn off heat, and allow to sit on warm burner for another 5 minutes.
