Today's Special is Butter-Fried Chicken with Asparagus

  1. Preparation Cut the chicken and asparagus into bite-size pieces.
  2. Add the chicken and the katakuriko into a plastic bag, and shake.
  3. Combine the ingredients.
  4. Heat oil in a pan, add the chicken, and stir-fry until golden brown.
  5. When cooked, transfer to a plate and drain the oil.
  6. Wipe the remaining oil from the pan.
  7. Add the butter and asparagus.
  8. When the asparagus is cooked through, add the chicken from Step 2.
  9. Drizzle with the mixture, and it's done.
