Stir-Fried Broccoli With Orange Sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon canola oil
- 1 12 cups broccoli florets, bite-size
- 12 cup water chestnut, drained and sliced or chopped
- 12 cup orange juice
- 12 teaspoon grated orange zest
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
- Add oils to a small skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add broccoli and water chestnuts; stir-fry 8 minutes.
- In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
- Reduce heat, add sauce and cook until sauce is thickened, 2 minutes.
