Edwards mashed butternut squash

  1. Cut a large butter nut squash in half length wise..dig out seeds and mush
  2. Use a veggie peeler to remove skin and cut squash in 1 inch pieces
  3. Boil pieces for about 30 minutes or until squash is fork tender like if you were making some mashed potatoes
  4. Drain squash and add everything in and mash it up..
  5. Serve hot or chilled both are awesome
